Cleanup day

What to expect before, during, and after your visit.

Can I choose my appointment time?
We assign service days based on your location and our neighborhood routes. We’ll contact you after signup with scheduling details. Customers don’t need to select an appointment time.
Do I need to be home?
No, as long as we can safely access your yard. Please leave gates accessible, provide any entry instructions, and keep your dogs indoors during the cleanup.
What happens if the gate is locked or dogs are outside?
If we can’t safely access the yard, we’ll text you and wait up to five minutes for a response. If we don’t hear back, we’ll move to our next stop and try to reschedule your cleanup. If we can’t reschedule, we’ll remove the accumulated waste at your next scheduled cleanup.
What happens during snow, heavy rain, or unsafe weather?
We do our best to complete your cleanup on its scheduled day. If conditions make that unsafe, we’ll try to return the next day when it’s safe and practical. If we can’t reschedule the visit, we’ll remove the accumulated waste at your next scheduled cleanup. We’ll keep you informed about scheduling changes.
What happens if something gets missed?
We work hard to make sure nothing gets missed. If you spot something after your cleanup, please let us know. We’ll make every effort to return within 24 hours of your notification to take care of it.
How will I know my cleanup is complete?
We’ll send you a completion text after your cleanup.
How do you clean equipment between properties?
We clean and sanitize our equipment, including our boots, between properties to help reduce the spread of germs.

Billing & your subscription

Simple monthly billing. Easy account access.

How do I cancel service?
Select Manage My Subscription and sign in using the email address you used when signing up. Stripe will email you a secure login link. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current paid billing period.
Can I pause service or skip a cleanup?
Email info@nocrapleftbehind.com at least 48 hours before your scheduled visit to request a pause or skipped cleanup. We’ll confirm the schedule change and any billing adjustment with you. If waste accumulates during a skipped visit, we’ll take care of it at your next scheduled cleanup.
How does the neighbor referral program work?
When a neighbor you refer signs up for weekly service and completes their first paid month, you both get a free cleanup as a credit on your next monthly bill. The credit equals one regular weekly cleanup for each household’s plan: $20 for 1 dog, $25 for 2 dogs, or $30 for 3 dogs. Add-ons are excluded.

Use our referral form to prepare an email with both households’ details, then send it from your email app. We’ll match the referral and apply one credit to each household’s next monthly bill after your neighbor completes their first paid month. Your regular weekly visits continue as scheduled. See our referral terms.

The finishing touches

Waste haul-away and a fresher-smelling yard.

What happens to the collected waste?
We bag the waste and place it in your designated trash receptacle unless you choose waste haul-away.

Haul-away costs $5/week, billed monthly at $21.67, for weekly customers, or $5 extra with a one-time cleanup.

Do you offer yard deodorizing?
Yes! Our optional yard deodorizer costs $10/month and includes one treatment each month during a regular cleanup visit.

We use Simple Green Outdoor Odor Eliminator. Please keep pets away during application and until the treated area is fully dry, following any additional instructions on the product label.

Do you need access to my outdoor hose?
Depending on your yard setup, we may need access to an outdoor hose connection for the deodorizer treatment. We’ll let you know if one is needed.
