Your yard & our service area

No Crap Left Behind is a locally owned dog-waste cleanup business based in Webster, Massachusetts. We serve Webster, Dudley, Oxford, Douglas, Charlton, and Southbridge.

Use Check My Address before checkout. The checker screens your town and ZIP code; contact us before paying if you are unsure whether we serve your property.

Regular cleanup includes scooping and bagging dog waste in your backyard and applicable side yards, up to ¼ acre combined. For more than three dogs, a larger yard, or special cleanup needs, email info@nocrapleftbehind.com for a custom quote.

Pricing & monthly billing

Weekly plans provide one cleanup per week and are billed monthly through Stripe. The weekly amounts below show the service rate; your subscription payment is the monthly amount.

Monthly pricing spreads 52 weeks of service across 12 monthly payments. Your selected monthly subscription renews automatically until canceled. The amount for your selected plan and any add-ons is shown at checkout.

A one-time cleanup is $75. We will contact you after signup to arrange the service day.

Your first cleanup

For a reasonably maintained yard, the first cleanup is included in your regular service price. If there is significant accumulated waste, an additional initial-cleanup fee may apply.

We will explain the cost and get your approval before doing work that carries an extra charge.

Route days & yard access

We assign service days based on your location and our neighborhood routes, and contact you after signup with scheduling details. Customers do not choose appointment times.

You do not need to be home if we can safely access the yard. Please leave gates accessible, provide entry instructions, and keep dogs indoors during cleanup.

If a locked gate or dogs outside prevent safe access, we will text you and wait up to five minutes for a response. If we do not hear back, we will move to the next stop and try to reschedule. If that is not possible, we will remove the accumulated waste at your next scheduled cleanup.

Weather & missed visits

We do our best to complete cleanup on the scheduled day. During snow, heavy rain, or unsafe conditions, we will try to return the next day when it is safe and practical.

If we cannot reschedule, we will remove the accumulated waste at your next scheduled cleanup and keep you informed about schedule changes.

Canceling, pausing & skipping

To cancel: open Manage My Subscription and use the email address you signed up with. Stripe will email you a secure login link. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period.

To pause or skip a cleanup: email info@nocrapleftbehind.com at least 48 hours before your scheduled visit. We will confirm the schedule change and any billing adjustment with you. Accumulated waste will be cleaned up at your next scheduled visit.

The subscription portal also lets you update your payment method and view invoices. Contact us if you have trouble accessing it or have a question about a charge.

After your cleanup

We will send a completion text after each cleanup. If you notice waste we missed, let us know. We will make every effort to return within 24 hours of your notification to take care of it.

We clean and sanitize equipment, including our boots, between properties to help reduce the spread of germs.

Waste haul-away & deodorizing

Waste disposal: we bag the collected waste and place it in your designated trash receptacle unless you select haul-away.

• Weekly haul-away: $5/week, billed monthly at $21.67.
• One-time haul-away: $5 extra with a one-time cleanup.
• Yard deodorizer: $10/month for one treatment each month during a regular cleanup visit.

We use Simple Green Outdoor Odor Eliminator. Keep pets away during application and until the treated area is fully dry, following any additional product-label instructions. Depending on your yard setup, an outdoor hose connection may be needed; we will let you know.

Refer a neighbor

When a neighbor you refer signs up for weekly service and completes their first paid month, both households receive a credit equal to one regular weekly cleanup on their next monthly bill. Each household receives one credit per successful referral, based on its own weekly plan: $20 for 1 dog, $25 for 2 dogs, or $30 for 3 dogs. Add-ons and one-time cleanups are excluded. Your regular weekly service continues as scheduled; the free cleanup is provided as a billing credit.

The referral form prepares an email containing both households’ names and email addresses. You must send it from your email app. We will match the referral, verify that the referred neighbor has completed their first paid month, and apply the credits to the next monthly bills. For a custom weekly plan with more than 3 dogs, contact us to confirm the regular weekly cleanup credit before referring a neighbor.
