This policy explains how No Crap Left Behind handles information connected with our website and dog-waste cleanup service.

When you request a quote, sign up, contact us, or submit a referral, the information may include:

• Your name, email address, phone number, and billing or service address.
• Your dog count, yard size, selected services, gate instructions, and other details you provide about safe yard access.
• Messages, schedule requests, service history, invoice details, payment status, and referral-credit records.
• The names and email addresses of both households when you send a neighbor referral. Please get your neighbor’s permission before sharing their details.

How we use your information

We use this information to answer questions, check service availability, prepare quotes, plan routes, access and clean your yard, send service updates, manage billing, and match referral credits.

We also use relevant records to resolve billing or service questions and maintain business records.

We do not sell customer contact information. Service texts and emails relate to your cleanup, scheduling, or account.

With your permission, we may send marketing messages or use yard photos to promote our services. We ask for permission before using your contact details for marketing or publishing your yard photos. You can ask us to stop marketing messages at any time by emailing or calling us; service and billing messages are handled separately.

Payments & account management

Stripe processes payments and provides the customer subscription portal. Payment-card details are entered on Stripe’s checkout pages, rather than through an email to us. Please do not email or text us your full card number or security code.

We can access billing information needed to manage your service, such as customer contact details, invoices, subscription status, and limited payment-method details. Stripe’s handling of information is described in its Privacy Policy.

Website, address checker & cookies

Wix hosts our website. Hosting and security providers may process technical information such as your IP address, browser information, and page requests, and may use cookies or similar technologies to operate and protect the site. See the Wix Privacy Policy for more information.

Our address checker uses the address you type to screen your selected town and ZIP code in your browser. Checking an address does not send us a service request or create a customer account. You enter your cleanup address again at Stripe checkout.

Our referral form opens your email app with a prepared message. We receive the referral details only when you send that email to us.

You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Restricting cookies may affect features offered by our website or linked providers.

Providers & other disclosures

Information needed to operate the business is processed through providers such as Wix for website hosting, Stripe for payments and subscriptions, and Google Workspace for business email. Phone and messaging providers process service communications. These providers handle information under their own terms and privacy practices.

We may share relevant information when needed to comply with a legal obligation, respond to a valid legal request, or address a payment dispute, fraud, or security issue.

Your information & communication choices

Some records may need to be retained for billing, dispute resolution, or legal obligations. We will explain if that affects your request.

Keeping information

We retain customer information for as long as needed to provide service, manage billing, resolve questions or disputes, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations.

Please share only the information needed for your cleanup or request, and tell us when yard-access instructions change. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
